William Louis Watts was born on September 9, 1851 in Gilmer, Georgia, United States, son of William E. Watts (~1817–~1880) and Nancy M. Cutcher (~1822–1860).[1]
William died on May 20, 1923 in Cobb, Georgia, aged 71. He was buried in Mars Hill Cemetery, Acworth, Cobb County, Georgia. [1]
