Biography

Percival Eric Webb was born in Bradfield on the 29th April 1915, with a mother's maiden name of Burrett. ^{[1] [2]}

He married Elsie May (Mimms) Dowding in Eastbourne during the Jul-Aug-Sep quarter of 1965 ^[3] and was the stepfather of her three children.

Although his real name was Percival, he preferred to be called George. ^[4]

He passed away in Eastbourne during April of 1994, at the age of 79. ^[2]
