Biography

Anne was born in 1843. She is the daughter of Richard Weighell and Elizabeth Lilburn.^[1]

She was christened on 23 July 1843 in Skellingthorpe, Lincolnshire. She was recorded in the parish register as "Ann d[aughte]r of Richard & Elizabeth Weeighell, Skelling Thorpe, [?] Keeper".^[2]
