Biography

Robert was born in 1871. He was the son of Robert Weir and Eliza Jane Wiley of Lisnanane. ^[1]

In 1917 at Lincoln, MA, he married Rose Harvey/Henry (Shaw), also on her second marriage. ^[2]

He might be the cousin Robert Weir at the funeral of William James Weir (1884-1901).

Matched US records by parents' names matching on the 1917 marriage; and corresponding 1920 census shows children from earlier marriage.

The child Elizabeth(4) on the 1900 census becomes Martha on the 1905 census; the two younger sons and the location match though.

The US record seem to incidate Margaret Jane Henry b . 1872 of Grange, Desertcreat, was his first wife.
