Olive Millian was born on the 25th December 1902[1][2] at St. Margaret's at Cliffe, Kent, England[3]. She was the daughter of Edward Wellard and Ann Wellard.
In 1939, Olive was a patient at Kent County Mental Hospital, Chartham, Kent, England[2].
She passed away in 1976[4], probably at Chartham, Kent, England.
