William West and Jane Archer were married after banns at St Peter and St Paul, Hanborough on 12th November 1797.[1] They were bachelor and spinster and both of the parish. William made his mark on the register with a cross whilst Jane signed her own name. The witnesses to the marriage were James Brain and William Reeve.
William died in 1845 in Hanborough at the age of 78.[3] He was buried at the parish church of St Peter and St Paul on 15th May.[4]
