Biography

Oscar was born in 1922.^[1] He was the son of Isadore Wexler and Yetta Leffner.^[2][3] He married Thelma Mandelbaum in 1947.^[2]

Oscar died in 1995.^[4][3] He was buried at El Camino Memorial Park in San Diego, California.^[5]
