Biography

Son of James Wherry and Elizabeth Louise Milton. Church of England. Private in 32nd Batt. Embarked from Adelaide on HMAT A30 Borda on 23/6/1917. Did war service on the Western front. Received a British war medal. Returned on 31/1/1918, discharged on medical grounds on 27/10/1918. Address: 52 George St, Parkside. Case-maker. Buried in AIF Cemetary in West Terrace, Adelaide.
