Biography
Frank was born in 1894 in Poplar, London. [1]
Frank married Eliza Fiske, a housemaid/domestic servant in 1920 at the Register Office in Colchester, Essex. Frank’s occupation was given as domestic groom and he was residing at the cavalry barracks in Colchester at the time of the marriage.[2]
Frank and Eliza had a child, Harold, born in 1920.
Frank passed away in 1973 in Watford, Hertfordshire. [3]
