Biography
Helen was born in 1936. She was the daughter of Clarence Williams and Elizabeth Wolf. She passed away in 2013.
Helen, 76, of Pleasant Lake, Michigan, passed away on Friday, March 22, 2013 at her home. She was the daughter of Clarence and Elizabeth (Wolf) Williams.
She had lived in the area for the last 10 years, coming from Jackson. She loved working in her flower gardens, organizing family gatherings, and all of her grandkids and great-grandkids.
On March 28, 1953, she married Herbert G. Starnes and he survives. Also surviving are nine children: Mary Davis of Jackson, Rose (Arthur) Hackert of Dansville, Herbert Jr. (Kathy) Starnes of Rives Junction, Patricia (Chris) Davis of Concord, Kay (Ronnie) Gibson of Maple Rapids, Betty (Billie) Burke of Jackson, Judy Barnett of Jackson, Ronald (Stacey) Starnes of Albion, and Barbara Casselberry of Leslie, son-in-law Jeff Barnett of Bunker Hill, 31 grandchildren, and 55 great-grandchildren.
She was the last of 15 brothers and sisters. She was also preceded in death by her daughter Helen Barnett, sons-in-law Paul Barnett and Donald Davis, grandsons Curtis Davis and Daniel Shepherd, and granddaughter Stacey Starnes.
Prayer Service was held with Chaplain Nate Gibbs officiating.
