George was born in 1833. He was the son of Israel Williams and Mabel McMath.

George married Sarah Jane Tidwell on 18 December 1862 in Pottawatomie, Kansas, United States.^[1]

In the 1910 census George (age 76) was the married head of household in Salina, Sevier, Utah, United States.^[2]

George died on 30 March 1920 and was buried in Salina, Sevier County, Utah, United States.^[3]
