Biography

Julie Williams was born in Cornwall, England in 1851.^[1] She was the daughter of Stephen Williams and Sarah Blamey. She married John Andrew in Cornwall in 1871.^[2] They emigrated to the Thunder Bay District around 1878 with her sisters and their husbands. She passed away in 1911.
