Biography
Ellen did not marry. She was regularly involved in the fundraising for Lochinvar causes — the church, the School of Arts, the War Wounded fund and so on — and was an organist at the Church of England.
Her youngest brother, Hugh Wallace Winder, was the principal beneficiary in her Will.
