Biography
Joseph William Witherly was born about 1837 in Waldo, Waldo County, Maine, United States, son of William Henry Witherly (~1810–~1875) and Lucinda Herrick (~1809–1864).
Joseph married Rhoda Ann Campbell. Their known children were:
