Edward Cecil Woods, single teamster, aged 22, Presbyterian, from Kerangi, North Coast, New South Wales enlisted as a Private with the 4th Battalion, 7th Reinforcement in 7 June 1915, Regimental number 2470. He embarked from Sydney, New South Wales, on board HMAT A67 Orsova on 14 July 1915.

He was Killed in Action on 25 July 1916.
