Biography

Oliver Wallace Woodward was the son of Oliver Woodward and Emeline Worcester. He was born in Chelmsford on 21 November 1846 in Chelmsford, Massachusetts.[1]On 26 Nov 1868, he married Sarah E. Hutchins, daughter of Abraham Hutchins and Betsy Procter, in Chelmsford.[2] Oliver and Sarah had no children. Following Sarah's death in 1916, Oliver married Dora Capen (Russell) Gould (1853-1920) on 27 June 1918 in Forestville, Connecticut.[3] Oliver passed away in Lowell, Massachusetts on 18 March 1940. He is buried beside his first wife Sarah in Heart Pond Cemetery in South Chelmsford, Massachusetts. [4]
