Biography

John Woodard or Woodward was born about 1801. He passed away before 1870.

His father-in-law, John McCarter. served for New York during the American Revolution. He was a private under Col. John Williams in Charlotte County Militia. His wife is Sarah Gillespie. A daughter Anna married John Woodard. [1]
