Biography

Birth

Florence was born in 1892, daughter of Henry James Wright and Elizabeth Rose Wright.^[1][2][3]

Marriage

Florence first married Percival Roles in 1913 in Southwark, London.^[4] She had 7 children with Percival:

1. Percival William Thomas Roles (1915-2001);
2. Rose Edith F Roles (1918-1989);
3. Florence Lilian Ethel Roles (1917-1992);
4. Muriel Gertrude Agnes Roles (1920- );
5. Violet Elizabeth Victoria Roles (1921-1978);
6. Dennis Sidney H Roles (1928-2002); and
7. Derek P Roles (1929-2012).

Following the death of her husband in 1929, Florence re-married on 20 Apr 1935, at Romford, Essex, England to George Thomas Cecil Payne.^[5] and had a daughter: Georgina Florence Lily Payne.

Death

She passed away in 1972.
