Biography

When Jeremiah Wright was born on January 13, 1737, in Old Saybrook, Connecticut, his father, Josiah Wright, was 28 and his mother, Rhoda Dowd, was 19. He married Hannah Brown on February 26, 1766, in his hometown. They had one child during their marriage. He died in 1824 in Killingworth, Connecticut, having lived a long life of 87 years.
