He was the son of John Yarde-Buller, 1st Baron Churston of Churston Ferrers and Lupton and Elizabeth Wilson Patten.[1]He was born on the 23rd of December 1823 and baptised on the 9th of July 1824 at Brixham, Devon, England.[2]He married Charlotte Chandos-Pole, daughter of Anna Maria Wilmot and Edward Sacheverell Chandos-Pole on the 1st of January 1845[3]at Burton Upon Trent, Staffordshire, England,[4]He died on the 6th of May 1867 at the age of 43[3][5]
