Unknown Yielding that is father of Richard and James probably passed away before 1697 based on a lease recorded May 10th, 1726 that makes no reference to him but does reference his sons.
04/18/2020: after conversation with John Falvey it appears that Rich (Richard Esq.) Yeilding-65 had a brother name James Yeilding-66 (Yielding-235) who married Jane. Rich Yeilding-65 had 2 sons: Richard Jr (Yielding-218) and John Yeilding-25. Richard Jr. married Belinda Bateman. and John married Avis (Avice Blennerhassett). Richard and Belinda had 3 children: eldest son James, Richard (according to 1736 court case) and daughter, Francis. Francis went on to marry Robert Blennerhassett. This would mean that John Yielding is the brother-in-law to Belinda Yielding and that James Yeilding-66 (Yielding-235) had a nephew name John. There is no "William" mentioned in the deeds.
So, does this mean that this is Richard Jr. (James' nephew) referred to in the 1697 lease as a life (so they would have 3 lives on the lease) with James and his wife, Jane or is it his younger brother, Richard Jr.?
Belinda Yeilding and her brother in law John Yielding.
