Biography
Alton Wheeler York was born in Brookfield, New York, 3 Jun 1876. He was the third child of Silas Randall York and Sarah C. Tuttle [1],[2].
He married 1911 Mary J. Chesebro (1892 - 1945). Their children included:
- Sarah M. Burdick of Pittsfield
- Marion A. York
Alton Wheeler York died in 1942 at Brookfield. His grave is in Brookfield Rural Cemetery, Brookfield, Madison County, New York, USA [3]
