Biography
Grietje (Zandbergen) Kempen is geboren in Overijssel na 1811
Grietje Zandbergen was born to Hendrik Zandbergen & Alijda Goossen [1] in about 1868. At the age of 19, Grietje married Harm Veluwenkamp (age 24) on May 15, 1888 in Kampen, Overijssel, Nederland.[2] Unfortunately Harm passed away just five years later on November 15, 1893.[3] It's uncertain if they had any children.
In 1897, on October 14, Grietje then married Hendrik Kempen. [4] Together they had a daughter, Hendrikje [5]
Hendrik passed away on January 25, 1926 [6] leaving Grietje a widow once again until her death on September 2, 1937 at the age of 69. [1]
