As an Adoptee, my birth father was Doug Plue, I've found he goes back to Hendrik Albertese Poeg fro The Netherlands. at least I think. I would like to know more past him.

Before you start delving into a 17th-century Dutch ancestor whose origins have yet to be discerned by the expert genealogists who have researched him, I hope you will document your family tree information going back in time from your father, to connect to the early generations that are documented here in WikiTree. There are many lines in the descent of Hendrik Ploeg that have not been documented past the early 1700s, so your research is likely to fill some major gaps here.

WikiTree does not repost pedigrees or whole family trees from other websites.

In WikiTree, each individual person gets their own profile. That individual profile has connections to profiles for their immediate family, which in turn connect out to their family trees. (And each profile cites its sources.)

You can add family profiles one at a time, as you have been doing.

Alternatively, if you have a well-developed tree on another site, you may want to do a GEDCOM import to bring the people and their relationships into WikiTree.

I see that you have uploaded a Gedcom here, probably for part of your family. After you have reviewed the yellow-highlighted suggested matches in Gedcomcompare, you will see links to add profiles for your family members. Since we approve the additions one person at a time, it is real easy to skip our minor children and other people we want to keep private.

I don't think I uploaded a gedcom file, however I have one that I have removed my kids and grandkids. It is apprx: 1600 people. do you want me to do that?
