Does anyone have solid knowledge of The Lucas/Lukacs famililies of Bridgeport Connecticut - 1890-1950?

Question

My great-grandfather was born in Connecticut in June of 1891 - Joseph Benjamin Lucas (Lucas-10048.) His parents are a brick wall for me as there are multiple John and Mary Lucas families in the area at the time, and their children have similar names and birth years. I am pretty sure I have narrowed down the correct parents but am waiting for birth and marriage certificates, as well as for DNA to come back. In the meantime am stumped. I'd be so grateful if anyone had any information.
