The linked profile is a duplicate, and it seems that you created duplicates for a few generations of the family. I have proposed a bunch of merges.
I have a hunch that you misunderstood the instructions on the form that creates a new profile. (If so, you are hardly the first person to make the mistake.) When a possible match is detected, the form says:
If any of the following appear to be a match do not proceed to create the new profile. Connect the existing profile instead.
When you get that message, if the person is a match for the one you are creating, do not tick the checkbox next to the name. Instead click on the hyperlinked text to connect your family member to an existing profile for their parent or child. (Ticking the checkbox in that situation only enables you to create a duplicate profile and mark it as a non-duplicate.)
This experience is a good illustration of the fact that many (indeed, most) 17th-century (and 18th-century) colonial Americans already have WikiTree profiles, and it is wise to look around the WikiTree for your ancestors before you start creating new profiles.
