Can anyone find more information about John Estabrook?

Question

I am searching for more information about John Estabrook of Rutland, MA and Packerfield, NH, especially regarding the rest of his 1790 household.  I am looking at him as a possible candidate for the father of my 4x great grandfather Samuel Estabrooks.

I've found a lot of land transactions in the FamilySearch catalog for Cheshire County, NH, but no records for his marriage, births of his children, or probate records.

I have an Estabrook of Haddam Connecticut - goes back to the emigrant  Rev. Samuel Estabrook of Shattuck MA
