Need Help Figuring out Relationships from Will of Michael Mann

I found the will of Michael Man(n), probably born abt 1660 who wrote his will in 1687 (it was proved 1691).  In it he names several relatives, including who I believe is one of my ancestors, Peter Mann (9FPK-FNV-profile on FamilySearch) born abt 1680 (he isn't of age at the time of the will).  He names Richard Martyn (Martyn-98) as his uncle and overseer of his estate until Peter comes of age.  He also names two of Richard's children, Elizabeth (Martyn) Kennard (Martyn-437) and her sister, Hannah (Martyn) Jose (Martin-10011) as his cousins.  The other cousin he names is Sarah Cutt(s) (Cutts-494), whom I believe is the daughter of Robert Cutt(s) (Cutts-229).  He also names sisters Mary Man(n) and Sarah (Mann) White and cousins, Anna Mann and Mary Mann (the younger).

Trying to figure out how these relationships all work together in an effort to find the family in England.  On FamilySearch, the aforementioned Peter Mann (9FPK-FNV) married a Mary Melcher and had children baptized in New Hampshire in 1707, but there are no sources and he is given a birthplace of Kent, England whereas Richard Martyn is from Devonshire and Robert Cutt(s), father of Sarah is (supposedly) from Somersetshire.

Michael's will is to be found here: https://familysearch.org/ark:/61903/3:1:3QS7-L9LD-ZL7F.  He apparently died unmarried as there is no wife or children named.  There is obviously a connection between all these people that I'm not seeing and am hoping someone can help figure it out.

My Peter Mann, who is supposed to be the son of Peter Mann and Mary Melcher married Elizabeth Kennard (Kennard-162) granddaughter of Elizabeth (Martyn) Kennard (Martyn-437), d/o Richard (Martyn-98).  I think the relationship between the Cutt(s) and the Martyn's might hold the key, but I can't see one.  Hopefully I found everyone to be found on Wikitree that is named in this will.

Most Man(n) researchers have said there is no relation between this family and the family of Richard Man (Man-49) of Scituate, Massachusetts.

Any assistance is greatly appreciated.

Okay, just figured out part of it.  The Sarah Cutts that he calls cousin, is NOT the Sarah Cutts, d/o Robert.  She is Sarah Martyn (Martyn-452), the daughter of Richard Martyn (Martyn-98) and the sister of Elizabeth (Martyn) Kennard (Martyn-437). This Sarah Martyn married John Cutts in s/o Robert Cutts in 1672.  So the connection is definitely through the Martyn family.

Michael may have been named after Richard (his uncle in his will) Martyn's father, also Michael (Martyn-449).  And this family is definitely from Devon, England, not Kent, England.  I'm going to start looking for Mann's in that part of the country.  The connection could be through Michael Martyn's wife, Mary Simon.  Here's hoping!
