I wanted to share this family photo of Charles Cooper with the community. Location: Milwaukee, Milwaukee, Wisconsin, United States. Date: After 1938.  It is my favorite family photo of him mugging for the camera like a tough guy!  He was my Great-grandfather on my mother's side.

It's a wonderful picture.  You could almost guess his profession.

Thanks so much!  Yeah it's like something right out of a gangster movie isn't it?  I just love it...wish I could have known him but he passed away way before I was born.
