I’m very interested in getting more of the Wiltse Genealogy sourced better and need collaboration in further research. I believe this is an excellent article of Thomas Wiltse/Wiltsie and Mary Polly Wiltse daughter Margaret

History of Winona County has a bio for Luke Blair.

The same book also has a bio for John Blair, born 1799 in Ware, Massachussetts.  He married Betsey Wiltse.  They may all be connected somehow.
