 Was their daughter, Jannetje, the same woman who married Symen Haas? I have Alida Haas born June 12, 1771 in New York, to Haas-3720 (Symen Haas) and Jannetje Cool.("New York Births and Christenings, 1640-1962", database, FamilySearch (https://familysearch.org/ark:/61903/1:1:V2H2-NRR : 20 January 2020), Alida Haas, 1771)

I had to carefully look at these profiles - it's the Cole/Cool/Kool line and it doesn't become less confusing generations down the line. 

I also pulled out the "Cole Book" I inherited from my grandmother - The Barent Jacobson Cool Family by Richard H. Benson - sourced on the profile for Pieter Kool (1710-?)

It took a little to make sure I was following the correct line in the book... and well... 

You are correct .  Page 110 of the above book and I will put the sources used in (italic) - 

Jannetje Cole, baptized 14 November 1736, at Germantown sponsors Henderick Cool and Marjtje Dingman (Germantown Reformed Church Records, 4). Married Simon Haas. Peter and Alida sponsored the baptism of their son Peter on 24 October 1762 (Linlithgo Church Records, 35.) Simon and Jannetje sponsored the baptism of Alida, daughter of Jannetje's younger brother, Peter, in 1784 ("Record of the Dutch Reformed Church of Claverack" Record, 81(1950):240.)

Benson does not continue the line. At least its a source for you.
