Where can I check my DNA results to comfirm match to Lydia howland who I have traced as my 10th Great grand mother?

Sorry, but DNA is not generally reliable that far back.

Edit:  If you meant mtDNA, that might be useful, but first you have to document your relationship on WikiTree (as is true generally for DNA connections).

DNA alone can't prove a connection to an ancestor who lived 400 years ago.
