I have two Francis (Frank) Wallace Roberts born in Massachusetts in aprox. 1830 or 1840

Are you sure the son was born in Massachusetts?  His profile says Baltimore, Maryland.  

I can't find any Francis W. Roberts, roberds, etc from anywhere in Massachusetts.  Try this:
