Help finding the document for Fco Fernandez in Vieques, have dates, book and parents, just weak eyes. [closed]

Hi all, I hate to ask for help when I have access to the books but I have an eye disease so straining to read is really difficult. Could someone look up this person's record and perhaps link me the Family Search page? *Edit: the records have been indexed, but only partially, with many names missing.

It's from Book 8 of the Bautismos for the Parroquia Inmaculalada Concepcion. I'll link the beginning of the digitized records here. 

His name is Francisco, born ~10 Oct 1880 to Evaristo Fernandez and Francisca Rodriguez.

Francisco Dionicio was christened 6 Jun 1880. He was born 8 Apr 1880, the son of Evaristo Fernandez and Francisca Rodriguez.

@ Ruben, you found it! I can continue my family tree now as I was missing this ancestor's grandparents. I'm a little fuzz on their names but I'll use an image editor to see if I can clear things up. Thanks everyone!
