Burial record for Sir William Fleetwood MP, d 1616

History of Parliament Online, cited on the profile, states that Sir William Fleetwood was buried at St Andrew's Church, Ealing, on 15 September 1616. I can find no record of any such church at that time, nor any burial record on Ancestry or Find My Past. The source cited on HOP, LMA, Acc. DRO37/A1/1, page 72, returns nil results on the London Metropolitan Archives online catalogue. Can anyone find him?

According to the National Archives, records catalogued as DRO/037/A1 appear to be those for St Mary, Ealing, but unfortunately online records for burials for that Parish don't seem to go back to 1616.

St Mary Ealing seemed to me the most likely location, so that fits. Thank you!
A possibility is that, as dedications to St Mary were out of favour in that period, there was a temporary dedication to St Andrew. I've come across that with other churches.

The registers do go back to 1582 and are on microfiche so a copy should be readily available.  https://stmarysealing.org.uk/family-history/

Thanks Ann, but I don't think so. Sir William was apparently living earlier in 1616. This William was a man in the household of Mr Fleetwood - doesn't sound like a knighted MP.
