I wanted to share this family photo of James Taylor with the community. Location: unknown. Date: unknown.
This photo was taken by Nancy Taylor at one of the Elizabeth Chapel United Methodist Church's homecomings in the 1990's. It is a photo, of another photo of the original portrait. As founder of Elizabeth Chapel, the portrait hung in the church since it's founding. Sometime in the 1980's. approximately, it was stolen from the church. The portrait of James Taylor's wife, Leannie (Lee) Taylor, was also stolen from the church at the same time. My hope that one day they will be found and returned to the church in Alma, Bacon, GA.
