In search of Parents of Great Grandparents

I need help finding his Joseph’s parents I know he was born in Canada his tomb stone says 1849-1920 he died in CT and was transferred to MA for burial. The census say he was only 2 or 3 years older than his wife so the 1849 wouldn’t make since if that’s true. Their is another Joseph Morse with parents named Joseph & Esther but he has a whole other family and tomb stone but people still have them on their trees which causes more confusion for people. Joseph wife is Malvina Camiere (death certificate) and tomb stone 1854-1918 and I’m searching for her parents as well thanks for any help. They also had all their children in Piermont NH

This is most likely him on the 1870 Census, living with a family Jessman, which may provide you other research help:

"United States Census, 1870", database with images, FamilySearch (https://www.familysearch.org/ark:/61903/1:1:MD3Q-QKK : 29 May 2021), Joseph Morse in entry for Joseph Jessman, 1870.

Hoping to find info by searching on his wife, I didn't, but did find daughter Eva's marriage record, which I added to her profile.

Edited to add: Oh no, maybe this one:

"United States Census, 1870", database with images, FamilySearch (https://www.familysearch.org/ark:/61903/1:1:MH5P-JFG : 29 May 2021), Joseph Morse in entry for Henry D Harvey, 1870.

The only other Census info that might prove useful that I find follows, 2 Josephs and 2 Esthers: "Massachusetts State Census, 1855," database with images, FamilySearch (https://familysearch.org/ark:/61903/1:1:MQ4D-QB2 : 11 March 2018), Joseph Morse, Douglas, Worcester, Massachusetts, United States; State Archives, Boston; FHL microfilm 953,962.

yes I've seen that record before and yes it might be him but doesn't unfortunately help with my search. I have a bunch of census etc and baby info for both Joseph and Malvina but just nothing before its crazy thank for helping

from ancestry.com:

This private tree contains information about:

Joseph Morse

Born: 1849 in St Hyacinth, Quebec, Canada

Many people went from Quebec to work in the mills in SE Connecticut.  Canada has great records so you might find some info in Quebec, online.

I’ve been trying to search in Canada for a while but even cousins that live there can’t seem to find them either. I tried reaching out to Quebec for records but they haven’t replied
