If the marriage was registered in the 26 counties between 1864 and 1946, then you should be able to find it at

http://civilrecords.irishgenealogy.ie/churchrecords/advanced-civil.jsp

However, it doesn't appear to be there, so perhaps it took place in the 6 counties of Northern Ireland, or perhaps was never registered.

The marriage may have taken place in Chorlton, Manchester, Lancashire, England. A search at
