Advice for categorization of Schmidt-11645? [closed]

I would like advice or may need help creating a new category for the profile of Kenneth Howard Schmidt. The category might be named something like Hesston College, Hesston, Kansas.

I think I created the category but it doesn't show up when I try to add it to other profiles. I may have done something incorrect or incomplete.
