Relationship between Povey-283 and Povey-552

I am a DNA match to descendants of Jonathan, "John"  Povey b. 1761 Berkshire m.  Dinah Pembroke/Pembrook, (Povey-283).

However, he is not in my tree. I strongly suspect he is a relative of Richard Povey b. 1768 Kintburg/Kintbury, Berkshire (Povey-552) m. Hannah Hall, who is in my tree. Can anyone explain this or find the connection between the two.
