Hi I think her husband should be John Spence not James.

Question

John Spence married Mary Crawford 1784 Holm & Paplay, Orkney, Scotland. I found a Spence family history with over 2000 people which included my Grandmother and the line all the way back to Andrew Spence in 1598.
I have created John Spence (Spence-6672).
I will add the others if I can't find a match (6 generations of then including 3 John Spences in succession)

I added some sources to the profile.  I found sources for two children that mention their father was John Spence, not James, with mother Mary Crawford.
