Need help transcribing a German/Latin marriage record with a strange "seal"

Question

Hello, I need help transcribing, translating, understanding the marriage record between Henrich Hollenkamp and Talike Henningeß on 12 November 1664 in Ankum please:

My attempt:

1664 12 Nov. Henrich Hollenkamp, Talike Henningeß, testes Johan Buschman zu Rüssell (et) Lübbert (Köster ?) auß (Vol...bercht..?) Leibzucht, (special seal H or #) infernus.

My question:

• Can you read the last name of the second witness and the place of residence?
• What does the H with the wave above it, or the # mean, and what does infernus (hell) mean? Did they have children before marriage? Were they of different religion? Were they too young? Why would the priest write "infernus"?
• The groom's first name Henrich has a question mark above it, correct?

Should be "Lübbert Cosse aus Volckenberchß Leibzucht" meaning that Lübbert was living on the Volckenberch farm probably some rented little hous for the farmhands, that normaly was the "Auszugshaus = Leibzucht" for the family. Volckenberch is hard to read, it might have to be checked if such a farm existed there, by checking more entrys in the books.

and then there ist "# inferius" for "look below" normaly this is used for hinting the reader to a note that then would start also with #. Problem is there is no such note.
