Samuel and Susannah Taylor Parks are my 2nd great-grandparents.  They have nothing to do with anyone named “Running Fox” or Henry Greene.  Susannah’s grandfather was a British soldier named Charles Taylor who claimed to be an illegitimate son of the prominent Fox family in England.
Yes, my second great-grandparents, look at the tree here on Wikitree.  My grandfather, James Allen Thompson Parks was born in 1867, my great-grandfather Thomas Jefferson Parks born in 1821.

John McIntosh was the second husband of Jennie Walker Taylor, step-father of Susannah Taylor Parks.  If you need any information on my family I’m happy to share.
My Cherokee ancestry is fully documented here on Wikitree and with the Cherokee Nation.  I am a Cherokee citizen.
Yes, Samuel was born in 1789, his son, my great-grandfather was born in 1821, drove a wagon over the Trail of Tears but returned home, stayed until his father died in 1841, and then emigrated to I.T. Married in 1848. My grandfather was born in 1867 (second youngest of 11), didn’t marry until 1914.  My father was born in 1915.
John McIntosh was step-father to Susannah Taylor Parks, so father-in-law to Samuel.  James McDaniel was another son-in-law, the husband of Susannah’s half-sister Nellie McIntosh.  I am not aware of any Franklins connected to my Parks family.  There were no Cherokee Franklins in Tennessee in 1835.  Samuel was white, and one of several children, so it’s possible they were white relatives of his but I’ve never come across them if so.  Another possibility is that they knew each other from their war service since both were with the Tennessee Volunteers.  Or there was no connection other than a land transaction.
John Hildebrand was white, he had a white family and then a Cherokee family.  All of his white children married Cherokees so all of his descendants were Cherokee. Two of his white sons married a half-sister and a cousin of Jennie Walker Taylor McIntosh.  Those are the only ones connected to my direct family.

I see! My Esom didn't serve in Tennesee. But he did travel from Eastern Cherokee territory by horse and landed on your families land records. So I will look into it further.

My family lived in Old Ninety Six District, Rocky Creek, Generosity Creek, Horsepen Branch, Cherokee Ponds, Hopewell SC well into Cherokee and Chickasaw lands. The ancient boundry line and the Great Warpath. I also find a connection with the Raper and McDaniel families in NC.

Thank you sooo much for your help. You are awesome. God Bless. Troy

Can I email you personally? I have a funny story to tell you about my mom. She’s Bavarian and obsessed with the native American culture. She’s 80 years old and a very sweet lady!

 Anyhow my email is tdshoechtl@icloud.com
There is no written evidence that John Green and Abigail Griffin were Native American. I come from the Thomas Seagal green lineage also! If Any Native American heritage was present at that point in the Green family it came from Thomas Green Nottoway Indian!  Perhaps an offspring of Captain Thomas Green. But not proven. Thomas Green Nottiway Indian Can be found in court records disputing the boundary between North Carolina and South Carolina along with Queen  Betty ruler of the Pamunkey tribe. Also Nicholas Major Nansemond Indian, And great Peter Robin Tucker

The direct Green male Ancestral from that lineage was from Europe. R 265.

Here is the link to my great great aunt that claimed Native American ancestry. Through her grandfather Gardner Green. Not the one on the 1835 Mississippi roll. . That’s been disproven.

For some reason there were three gardener greens on the planet at that time and one lived in New York which was a wealthy benefactor Of the gardener green young wolf on the 1835 Mississippi roll. This guy attended Brainerd Moravian University In Springtown Georgia.

Funny because my gardener green was living in Surrey North Carolina and 1777 backing up to the Moravian tract! What a coincidence so strange. Both connected to the Moravians.

Mary Green link ..Native American?

What is this list?  The Bushyhead family - #227 on the Drennan Roll in Going Snake district -  does not include a Henry Green, it clearly reads Henry Drew.
I looked at the images of the Drennan Roll, not a transcript.  The Bushyhead listing, #227 does not include Henry Green.  I’m not sure what the 6587 refers to, but this is incorrectly transcribed.  If that’s something from Don Greene, it’s complete garbage.
I ordered the Drennon records..So let’s see who’s right. You’re freaking rude! Thnx
Images of the Drennan Roll are on Ancestry; if you don’t hsve an account, most public libraries do.

I don't see the Drennan Rolls on Ancestry, and I have an account. I got the Henry Green record from Access Genealogy. https://accessgenealogy.com/native/drennen-rolls.htm

Type in group 227

BTW my Green's are not related to Don Greene.

Go to the card catalog, put in  Cherokee as the key word, then select censuses and rolls.  Over on the right there’s a browse menu and you can select the Drennan.  Or you can do a general search of the censuses on name, and then look at the individual records that come up, but you can’t limit a name search just to the Drennan.
Here's a link to the image: https://www.ancestry.com/sharing/17864352?h=f96bda&utm_campaign=bandido-webparts&utm_source=post-share-modal&utm_medium=copy-url

Henry Drew is handwritten into this group on the typed transcript used by Guion Miller.  Link:  https://www.ancestry.com/sharing/17864384?h=de61f9&utm_campaign=bandido-webparts&utm_source=post-share-modal&utm_medium=copy-url

It was clearly mis-transcribed on Access genealogy.  I can understand that would cause confusion, but that's why it's always preferable to look at the original records whenever possible.
I did see that you are correct. Sorry for the confusion. I reported it to Access Genealogy.

A late but sincere thanks to Frank and Doug for finding the book which mentions him. I am reluctant to rely on it, not just because of the red flag offered but also because the relationships mentioned do not seem to fit with what is on wiki tree.
