If the time is in a source that supports the event, I don't see any reason why you couldn't put it in the bio. But the information box for the date ....is for the date. No time box is there

I have recorded the time of birth when it’s been given, usually only for twins (my research is in Ireland), in the biography, so it is know which twin is the older of the two.
