Where are descendants Fernando Miner Rose Wayne County NY?

Looking to find relatives of Fernando Miner(b 2/5/1841, d 10/25/1919), who lived in Rose, Wayne County, New York.  A family union is being planned for July 13, 2024 at the Rose Community Center.  Fernando is the son of William Riley Miner who was born on June 3, 1815 and died September 29, 1884 and Melinda Jane Neal.  They married about 1840. Fernando's siblings are: William, Ursula, Philo, Harmon, Franklin, Charles, John, James, Darwin, Edward, and Isadora.
