Not sure if it's been mentioned yet, but it looks like images of Maryland's death certificates from 1951-1969 have been uploaded on Archive.org by Reclaim the Records.

Thank you for the info and the links Anon. Definitely a lot of stuff here. It does have some content for additional states as well (Michigan), but there is much less than Maryland.
