Errantly appearing in two categories. How do I fix?

Rector-2279 is showing up in two categories, and the "suggestion" tells me that I have him at the highest level category.  He appears at a lower level, too.  Is it a problem with the way I have tried to "sticker him"? What are my options to correct it?

You guessed correctly. The "unit" parameter in the sticker adds the person to the correct category. Since you didn't have a "unit" parameter, it was adding him to the highest-level category. I added the specific unit (which has to match the category name) to the sticker, and the high-level category went away.
