Question

I believe that Thomas Henry Browne had an addtional wife  Priscilla Swann  and atleast 6 children together.  

Lady Priscilla Swann was born in 1605 in Denton, Kent, England to Sir Francis Swann and Dorithie Boyse 1. She married Sir Thomas Henry Browne around 1649 in Virginia, British Colonial America. They had at least 2 sons and 2 daughters 12. Lady Priscilla Swann passed away in 1663 in Southwark, Surrey, England, United Kingdom, at the age of 58

The Browne you have given a link to is a different Thomas Browne who lived in Norfolk, England, where he was buried at Elsing. 

The Thomas Browne who married Priscilla Swan has a profile here. It is unlikely he had a middle name Henry. It was exceptional for English people of this period to have middle names. I can see no evidence he was knighted: if you found him called Sir in a tree on the web, that is almost certainly fanciful thinking by someone trying to burnish their ancestry, which happens often.
