Can't change parents because of PPP

Question

Hunnicutt-89 needs to be detached from Hunnicutt-11 the current father and detached Warren-1794 the current father and then attached to Hunnicutt-97 the new father and then attached to Carter-4297.  I have no idea which project or leader takes care of these things. While I agree with this policy ... it's a pain. Please let me know how this works. I followed the thread about it but don't have a clue. Thank you very much.

As soon as you have de-connected and re-connected the parents with cited sources of why they should be de- and re-connected, the profile should be ppp'd asap (speaking as a project research coordinator).
