Did Sally Wilkin (daughter of John and Sarah Charles Wilkin) marry Jacob Shafer in Highland Co., Ohio in 1857?

John Wilkin and Sarah Charles had a daughter named Sarah around 1840.  They were living in Highland County for the 1850 census.  Sally is no longer with the family in 1860.  There is a record of a marriage for Jacob Shafer and Sally Wilkin in Highland County in 1857.

Is this the same Sally Wilkin and, if so, what happened to Sally and Jacob?  Cannot find records after 1857.

Ohio County Marriage Records indicate a Sarah Wilkin did marry a Jacob Shafer on May 3, 1857 in Highland County.
